In alle ruimten die zij cre\u00ebert, distilleert zij aanwijzingen die de persoonlijkheid van de bewoners weerspiegelen. Laurence Sonck oefent haar werk intu\u00eftief uit en gaat een dialoog aan met haar klanten. Haar architectuurpraktijk is gebaseerd op het essenti\u00eble en vooral op het menselijke.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laurence Sonck, een Brusselse interieurarchitecte, is niet alleen ge\u00efnteresseerd in de ruimtes die ze ontwerpt en inricht, maar ook in de mensen die erin wonen. Als autodidact ontwikkelt zij een uitgesproken wil tot communicatie en een luisterbereidheid, die essentieel zijn om te voldoen aan de verwachtingen van haar client\u00e8le, die nu voornamelijk priv\u00e9 zijn, niet alleen Belgisch maar ook internationaal. Zij begeleidt haar cli\u00ebnten in hun zoektocht naar comfort en licht, adviseert hen en begeleidt hun keuzes. Als zij via de psychologie heeft geleerd hoe zij de ware verlangens van haar klanten kan ontdekken, onderscheidt haar aanpak zich door gepersonaliseerde voorstellen om een interieur op maat te maken. &#8220;<em>Ik aarzel niet om kunstwerken te integreren om de ruimte karakter te geven, minder klassiek te maken en visuele verrassingen te bieden&#8221;<\/em> . Wij hebben ervoor gekozen dit volume te bewerken met unieke stukken die passen bij het uitzonderlijke karakter van de ruimte&#8221;<\/em>. De keuken en de ontvangstruimte beslaan het gehele volume van een van de twee appartementen. Het wordt vooral gebruikt in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.villasdecoration.com\/fr\/interieur\/salle-de-bain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">de badkamer<\/a>. De master bedroom, met zijn kleedkamer en badkamer, is een ruimte van meer dan 110 m2. In het XXL-bad kunnen twee personen naast elkaar in een bubbelbad liggen. E\u00e9n verlengt de hoofdslaapkamer, de andere omlijst de woonkamer. Dankzij minimalistische ramen van 4 m hoog stromen natuurlijk licht en vegetatie naar binnen. De rustplaatsen zijn zo ontworpen dat de scheiding tussen buiten en binnen vervagen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.villasdecoration.com\/fr\/interieur\/salle-a-manger-design-trois-inspirations-indemodables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Een eetkamer<\/a> buiten grenst aan de keuken. Er zijn geen buren, dus je voelt je echt helemaal alleen op de wereld! Het schaduwrijke terras profiteert van een perimeter zonnescherm, waardoor de straling wordt gedempt. Ik heb hem kunnen overtuigen om te kiezen voor meer neutrale tinten en het blauw te reserveren voor details, in aanrakingen&#8221;<\/em>. Laurence Sonck koos voor een reeks beiges en grijzen, onderstreept door zwart en cre\u00ebert een cameobasis. Het geheel wordt verlevendigd door fellere kleuren waar soms blauw in voorkomt, zonder opzichtigheid. In de woonkamer biedt een kantoorgedeelte, met meubilair bekleed met rood leer (meubilair Herm\u00e8s, op maat gemaakt), zijn helderheid. Strategisch geplaatst bij de erker, met direct zicht op het terras, is het zo ingericht dat het natuurlijke licht optimaal wordt benut. De keuken is in witte en lichtgrijze tinten.
