The perfect place to host gatherings, this 1,570 m² villa takes the lead from the floor-to-ceiling windows that redefine the relationship between indoors and out. In the living area, the fluidity of the flows revolves around the show-stopping Horizonte seating system by Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, whose protective volumes create a serene atmosphere. Designed as an open-air lounge, the terrace features Rodolfo Dordoni’s Florida collection, complemented by Torii Nest Outdoor armchairs by Nendo and Stony tables. A little further along, the Drake Dining Outdoor table by Hannnes Peer makes up the dining area, while the poolside Sunray sunbeds and Pilotis Outdoor coffee tables create the perfect place to while away the hours.

Rolled out in 2025, the project is based on all-encompassing contemporary interior design, one that enters into a dialogue with the site and its surroundings and factors in everyday uses and quality of life. The residence nurtures a close relationship with its environment thanks to the open-plan architecture and a layout, which has been treated as a spontaneous extension of the landscape. In this exceptional location, the furniture plays an essential role in the spatial composition. Nature, however, has the last word when it comes to the chosen palette of materials and colours, resulting in a coherent and clear interpretation of the different universes. The kitchen is a case in point. Designed as a living space in its own right, it has been laid out in a lucid and legible style that discreetly integrates the more functional aspects. The mineral surfaces and meticulous finishes are an invitation to touch and discover, making the kitchen a central meeting place.

On the first floor, the master suite enjoys a special relationship with the surrounding natural landscape, offering a setting conducive to time out and contemplation. The atmosphere is more intimate, while remaining faithful to the overall style of the building. The Horizonte Bed by Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 sets the tone for the sleeping area with its voluminous form, while the Yves Round armchair by Hannes Peer adds to the impression of comfort and tranquillity. A selection of raw materials in muted tones contributes to a soothing atmosphere. The dressing room continues with the quest for visual balance and practicality, while a large sliding door opens the suite onto the terrace, reinforcing the link with the outside. The lush vegetation and the omnipresent light accompany the different moments of the day, further accentuating the sensory and immersive dimension of this room.

The bedroom flows naturally into the bathroom, which comes across as a transitional area, a refuge designed in line with the architecture and vision of the villa. More than just a functional space, it triggers a reflection on comfort and quality of use, where functionality is at the service of a controlled experience. True to the Minotti style, which is all about measured and lasting elegance, each element is designed with precision, without superfluous effects.

Through the Ananda approach, Minotti Mallorca by Terraza Balear proves its ability to successfully orchestrate global residential projects, ensuring overall consistency from design to use. This villa stands out as an example of how the Mediterranean lifestyle can be successfully interpreted in keeping with the times. It strikes a balance, where design does not merely define an aesthetic but accompanies different ways of life and their evolution in a lasting way, in a relationship with the living space that not only rings true but that is also enduring.
